| Good Sunday Morning, quick fly by today. No words of wisdom, don't think I ever had any, anyway. Getting ready to head north for a couple days of riding. Dave had warned me when he "retired" that he wanted to just be able to go when the mood hits him. So off to the red clay dirt of northern WI to trail ride.
I told him I am tired of the path I have been living lately in terms of my eating and when we get back I promise to turn things around. I have done this time and time again. I have to reach the point when I am just disgusted with myself before I will do anything. That time is coming. Please bare with me until I get my head and body back in the game. I know I can do it.
