I may be in error, but I believe the Legacy title refers to any Case IH machine that uses the original rotor and cleaning design of the late 70's 1440s all the way through today's 7140 class 7.
The Flagship is the design that uses the hydrostatic driven thresher and self-leveling cleaning system from the 7010s all the way through to the 9240 class 9s.
