Try arlingtonbeach.com. They have cabins for rent. Plenty of water for your boat. Not sure about a lift for it but they have docks to tie off during the day and plenty of good boat ramps close by. It's on lake poinsett in eastern sd. It's about a 30 minute drive from Brookings, SD My family has a cabin on the lake and we are there as much as possible in the summer.
