Subject: RE: Ever buy "fixer upper"

Freedom, WI
A few weeks ago we were thinking about buying a local property. It is a guy that we know well and store some equipment in his shed. In our case though, the first floor was entirely redone and the second floor was livable, but not the prettiest. He had a junky barn with a concrete yard off of it. There were also four silos. Those all would have come down and we would have kept the older shed along with the 60x120 shed with a small shop area that could be heated. I think I know how you feel. There is just too much money that you have to throw at stuff sometimes. That shed would be nice though. And there was about 9 tillable acres too. If it didn't need so much work, it would have been ours.
