ohio | I bought a new woods 15 batwing.The first day the pto slip clutch in front of the gearbox fell off.The hole in the splined shaft was bigger than the pto clutch hole and vibrated till the bolt broke.The rod that goes from the drawbar to the rear wheel assembly broke.While mowing crp ground one set of dual rear wheels broke off.The ones made after mine were upgraded, but they wouldn't fix mine.I've had a deere for the last few years with no problems at all.The county got rid of the woods mowers they were mowing with.They showed me the computer print out of mower repairs.The woods had a lot of gearbox failures. The print out said they needed a new gear box to 100 mile of road mowing. | |
