Years ago we did the same with a retired rental truck, only it had a fuel squeezer in it. Same issues with speed. Was planning on changing the rear gears, but it and the gooseneck on it, was stolen before we got to it. Was not recovered, but with the right two speed rear end would have made a nice rig.
