We just remodeled a 500 square foot cabin. New floor, bath, kitchen, etc. Lots more $$$ than we wanted to spend. When it came time for AC / heater, we bought a unit like one that goes in a motel room. The kind that is a one piece unit, half outside, half inside.. Got a smaller version, works great, looks neat.
