We have JBC in France, ham, butter and cornichon pickles.
You can grind some chipotle to add to the mayo to make a more interesting BLT, or add chopped parsley, cilantro or basil to the butter if you use butter. Sliced red or sweet onion? And a sliced egg because there is no such thing as too much proteins. ;)
