Sun Prairie, WI | Retailers push this half rate bs to make sure they have a reason to come back later like during the first post pass on corn. They would put down a half rate of whatever pre-emerge chemical and then come v5 the fields are so full of weeds they have to come back. I see it time and again. This is a large portion of the root of the problem IMO. The half rate of fungicide is a joke it seems to be a promo to sell products that have a huge markup which again is still not best management practices. | |
