We had a plugged 24" culvert last year that we used a well casing and backhoe on. Got to a certain point and it wouldn't go anymore so we just put a little extra force on it and finally broke through. About 30 minutes later here comes the phone guy saying some of the folks lost their phone service. We had pushed the casing through the phone cable. He read us the riot act and drilled us a new butthole 'till they found out they had gone right through the culvert with their cable laying machine a few years ago and completely destroyed it. A little cooperation and 3 days later everything was well again.

Nothing to do with a culvert but about 3-4 years ago sub soiling in a field (newly rented). Here they put some fiber optics in and when they did they cut the corner and it was in the field by about 200ish feet. The company was not too amused especially when the land owner started in at them for not having easement!
