KY | Got ready to plant the 25 acres of double crop in front of my house and decided with the trouble I've had seeing the mark in no-till I wanted to do a better job since I have to look at it all summer. I put my cruizer out of my sprayer in the planter tractor and just drove off of it, and dropped the marker for reference. This is the most square field I have, being square on three sides with a dogleg on the fourth. I just went around it twice without turning on the guidance and then set my a-b down the right side to run off of. Probably won't bite off the auto steer as bad as I want to, like I said, nothing else with very square sides and I've heard it said you won't want to run last pass off of waas for sure. I got out a few times to check the planter hitch with the centerline, and it was within 2" pass-pass. I got rained out after 5 acres and came back the next afternoon, I had to shift the line 5". I didn't think that was too bad at all.
