Subject: RE: Round Baling Question

If I were to go the 5 foot route I have found some near by balers for sale.

There are two specialty crop br 7090 balers around. There is a 2011 nearby with 8k bales on it for $22,000 and a 2012 that has 2,200 bales on it for $27,000 are having low bales worth the extra money? or would i be better off looking for a more used cheaper one?

I also like the high capacity of Vermeer balers. Close by there is a 2012 605 Super M Cornstalk special with 3,500 bales for $28,000 I have heard good things about the super M CS. What about a regular 605 M? There is one an hour away for sale for $18,000. It has 6k bales on it but is obviously not a cornstalk special.

Both Vermeer and New Holland have good dealer service in my area. Am I looking at the wrong balers? Are these ones too new? I like the Vermeer and the New Holland SC because they are supposed to have good feeding which would come in handy for stalks.
