Davenport, Iowa | Niklass, the problems I mentioned are not strictly on the Diaphragm pump however with a centrifugal pump there are additional things to be aware of. The most important is the pump volume. A centrifugal pump has a trade-off between pressure and flow, for example, you can have a high flow rate but only at a low pressure. The chemfill requires both pressure and flow to operate at its full capacity so using the chemfill with a centrifugal pump can be a little tricky at times. We help compensate for this issue by varying the sizes of the Venturi nozzle to fit the pump on the machine. Also, make sure the pump is fully primed before switching from your boom function on the pressure valve to the chemfill function of the pressure valve. I hope this helps. | |
