I have a 4 or 5 year old 75A. No reverser option back then. The standard transmission is like driving a tractor from the 50's or 60's. Can upshift going forward but downshift or Hi-Lo range changes pretty much require coming to a stop. I've had good luck with mine but no loader work. I do move a lot of round bales with it and it doesn't work too bad even without the reverser.
