Subject: older Valley corner arm and long overhang owners

Almond Wisconsin
if you have a older Valley with a tall rabbit ears and long overhang you may want to check the anchor points on the back cables towards the pivot. Mine were anchored with 2 half inch bolts and small half inch thick plates. One of the half inch bolts failed and my whole overhang collapsed. Valley now gives you a yoke which I have the outline traced to put in place of the two small plates so it is much stronger. $75 at Valley I traced mine and we'll be cutting one out of half inch thick plate for my other systems
