ECU 412.03 = EGR temperature signal out of range High.
The input voltage exceeds the sensor range. This means the ECU thinks EGR temperature is lower then physically possible.
Measure resistance between terminal 1 and 2 on the EGR temp sensor. If more then 7.5 ohms the sensor is probably faulty. If not, then perhaps a problem with the wiring, connectors or ecu.
