I have the same deal here on my CAT 65E ever since it was new , 3800 hours now and I have tried several times to fix it and I have never made a difference. I don't know why? I've learned to live with it, I think I'm OK unless the overflow tank gets full. On my 65E I think the overflow tank is too low and far away from the radiator cap? I thought about moving it up close and level with the radiator cap to see if it works better.
