Other than needing a new battery on a couple and the other needing a charge, my lawn mower, my brothers lawn mower and my parents lawn mower all started right up after sitting with 10% ethanol in the tank all winter without any added fuel treatments. Been doing it that way for several yrs and have never had a problem getting them started other than dead batteries. I think most of the problems people have with ethanol can be attributed to putting E into a tank that has varnish in it from yrs of using 100% gas. Ethanol is a great tank cleaner which can create problems if you have dirty tanks. |
