CaseIH 1200 PT planter. Half the planter is tractor hydro the other is PTO pump. Tractor is a 225 Magnum CVT. Remote 1 is open all the way.

Im not sure if its tractor hydraulic cap or a stick/faulty valve/solenoid but with everything running the planter is slow to lift. The right side marker also wants to fold out from its stowed position when lowering.

If it is a valve, does anyone have any idea what valve in particular it is? The parts diagram on the CaseIH parts site doesnt break it down.
