i had a wore out 1431 for several years it did an excellent job even though it was wore out. grab a hold of a cutter head and rock it back and forth too much slop on any one and its getting time for new gears and shafts. rolls you can see easy enough. if it has a pull type drawbar hitch check the cv joints they are pricey. i bought a new H7450 to replace it great machines.
