I see nothing in the new ioh law that changes anything on tracked tractors. A tracked machine will fit in the definition of a ioh it is just going to be tricky to decide how many axles it has. I believe it will be only two. I would get a permit for the weight and treat it like a wheeled tractor during the permit process.
