Just fertilizer no license needed to apply. If your selling the fertilizer you need a license for that. If applying restricted use pesticides with fert-not what it sounds like your doing, you need an applicator lisc. I would check with your insurance man though and make sure your covered. Shouldn't cost much as your just applying fert no chems
