New to us JD 9520 wont fold our chisel plow. I put gauge in scv and its at 1700 psi no matter which valve body is used. Is there a way to turn up the pressure as im quite sure this is low. Filter was changed before we got it at the dealer. Oil level is fine. Thanks!
