I think you rotate the bar and then at some point as your raiseing you should be able to get the stop out of the way. Used to over winter the wings would sag and droop on one or both ends..
there's also stops to keep the main planter bar from saging down and hitting the turntable (always remember those) the wings isnt' that big of a deal
