Replace the solenoids with electric ball valves. Sound like the right hand side is not opening all the way. Likely due to a weak coil not providing enough pull to hold valve open. Ball valves are spendy, but far more reliable. You may need to run one extra wire to energize the ball valve, depending on brand and type.
Also check the filter screens as others have mentioned.
