There looks to be a decent 12' GSI in classifieds right now, single phase I believe.

One thing I'm not sure have thought about Brian, are you sure either of these 36' will handle the constant pulling out and filling (wet bin)? not all can. Being the 30' has a shivers it would be heavy enough. Not sure on the 36' bins, if all they did was dry storage they might not handle it. If they are old, like pre 60s' they will be way over built and be fine. I know of few bins that were loosing an inch a season that have now come out.
