NE Iowa | Well, it swivels both left and right now! There is a small bolt close to center on the bottom base of the 2 swivel pieces. It's way on the back and then there is a piece punched/bent down from the top plate to catch it.
Ten minutes with this little saw and had the head of the bolt removed. Without taking the 2 plates apart I couldn't see anyway to remove the bolt even if I could have removed the locknut!
Looks like I'll have to be a bit careful as to not hit the steering wheel!
Just the right stroke too! ;-)
