Saskatchewan | We had that on our old tow behind cart too. We had broken pins in one of the big round connectors between cart and toolbar. We fixed that and just used a truck/trailer style plug instead of the Deutsch connectors. It worked for awhile but then it quit working again and we ended up hot wiring a switch from the cab back to the cart and bypassed everything just to get done. I think it ended up being one of the controllers on the cart was shot.
