Cut a length of chain and put an s hook on both ends and hold the press wheels up. You have to bend the lower hook to go around the press wheel axel. The chain is @ 18 inches long give or take. Have done this for several years to keep the press wheels off ground. I put a plastic tie strap around one end so if chain comes off going thru waterway or other dip you don't lose it. I have insect on my planter so put upper end of chain on that. May not work without that frame. Good luck.
