West Central Wisconsin
Check the lines and fittings under the steering motor for leaks. Our early 4020 has maybe 15K hours on it and had been leaking hyd oil on the front axle also. I replaced the tie-rod ends last year and also removed the front axle to replace the lines and elbows/tee's under the power steering motor. Two lines were leaking at the elbows/tee's so all lines and fittings were replaced under the motor. Joe http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.vi...
For me it was basically parts #34-39.
