I have a field of corn and beans I may fly on a cover crop under pivot.

I have normally applied fall anhy with the 5310 in the fall.

I am thinking the machine would tear up to much of my seeded cover crop. Yes?

Do you or has anybody used the 5310 in the spring, before kill the cover crop, to apply anhy ?

I am think the cover crop would be a mix of rye, crowny vetch, clover, radishes.  Assuming I will retain a min of 50# in that would be available to crop later in season

Second choice is to apply all additional N as liquid through the pivot.  Cost about 1/3 more, so that is why I want to use the anhy if possible.
