I heard one time that one of the Fiat lines, and I don't remember if it was CIH or NH did indeed have a tractor that turned shorter than the SuperSteer, but it was done by having the computer lock up the brake on the one side to force the tractor to turn shorter.   When the steering wheel was turned all the way to the end, the computer took over.    Me, I'll take SS any day over that system.
