My neighbor had issues with his air clutches on his Case-IH planter. Found out the previous owner did not do any maintenance the three years they owned it. The neighbor had to take all the clutches apart to free them up and get them working properly. I have electric clutches, so I can't say what is involved with air clutch maintenance.
