West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
On 02-04-14 corn basis was .-16 for May delivery at CHS Savage, and now when the river is open it's .-26 for May, not much of an improvment for this time of the year for the river. Not like the good ole days when you almost always had + basis come river opening, regardless of futures price. Times change I guess.
