If we'd let the rye head out around here we'd get death threats! That looks like good cover for your spring crop. We are so dry here if we'd have a cover crop planted, it would be dying on it's own and I can't believe there'd be anything to grow a cash crop. I wish I could though, the cover crops intrigue me.
