West Central IL | Got a question regarding spraying on a newly seeded alfalfa field.
Got a 4 acre piece that has oats drilled in but orchardgrass and alfalfa had to be broadcasted on due to drill not working to put alfalfa and orchardgrass on. Oats are just poking throught ground at about 1/2" to 1" sprout.
Problem I got is I have broadleafs growing everywhere and was wondering if I could 2,4-d to kill these plants? Will affect the alfalfa seed that is sitting on top of the soil?
