MSO - the hottest, usually used for pre's because of no risk of crop injury and to help with any burndown there might be. Helps the AI penetrate the waxy cuticle of the leaf surface
COC - middle of the road and can go about anywhere in the program
NIS - the least risk of any "burn" as in basically non. used mainly for post corn. Helps spread the AI across the leaf surface

AMS - I have that in almost every mix (non black dirt application) I dont care if you have a "loaded" glyphosate its one of those little things that takes a good program to a great one

with all of that come post season throw the book out with waterhemp, marestail, and palmer. last year i did a lot of "experimenting" combining NIS and MSO post beans to get even more burn with our Flexstar/Cobra mixes. Some people are scared to burn the beans, I say if your not burnin the beans your not killin the weeds. Turned a lot of fields brown the last couple years, haven killed a bean yet
