The EURO model is showing a heavy snow northern Minnesota & UP. of Michigan (12") on the 25th, & a separate storm starting on April 27th & a swath of 150 mile wide heavy snow (15"), this is including most of Wyoming & S. Dakota northern Iowa / Southern Minnesota coming to a point and ending at Chicago. I will be surprised if that much snow falls, but what it does tell me more cold is coming. 

If the weather forecasters are going by the GFS (which most of them use) you will probably be surprised by the cold because that model is out to lunch.

Disclaimer, I am just a regular guy watching models.It is very possible that I am wrong.
