Agree, don't break it off, I have changed quite a few, drill hole in plastic use a screw and slide hammer its tedious, clean bore very well Cummins has a updated steel shut off, was a p'ss poor desighn, as others mentioned, engine cold spin filter off using a vaccum on radiator, Scott.
