SE ND | Got a guy who wants to buy a piece of equipment. He won't talk on the phone just text and email because he claims to be on a ship... Red flag I thought. Anyway he insists he wants it and wants to pay with pay pal. Is this a scam or is pay pal secure enough that I know I will get my money without being hacked? He says he will line up the trucking, claims to be from NY. TIA | |
