Subject: Grandpa's

Northwest kansas
Yesterday, I found one of my calves almost dead but still alive. I called my grandpa, he proceeded to get grandma and she browned some flour, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a helping of milk replacer with some warm water. We gave the browned flour to help stop the runs, seemed to work. Headed of to school this morning and it turns out he went and tubed the calf because I was at school. Here we have a policy that school comes before my cows, so my grandpa will do the odd chore for me. I owe so much to him. The other day he found a newborn calf laying the wrong way up a hill and saved him. I owe so much to him and I love him
