| The analysis looks very good. The Relative Quality Value, kind of a general index of quality, at 142 is excellent. It's going to have less energy than either BMR or regular corn silage, but, as a BMR, your feed is very digestible, and therefore will have energy levels closer to standard corn silage as opposed to BMR corn silage. The energy in your feed will come from digestable fiber rather than starch (from corn kernals), and therefore will be released more slowly than much of the energy from either type of corn silage. For beef cattle, this looks like great feed. I'm sure they're doing very well on it! | |
