If you are thinking a shivvers style system to allow future expansion of storage bins I would go w 30'. We have both 30 and 36 systems, much prefer the smaller drying bin. We have 2 centrifugal on smaller and 3 on the 36.
Be happy to givevyou a tour of what I've done wrong! I'm about 60 mile east of ya.
