| We recently just purchased a new to us JD 7630. The hood has a broken out piece of plastic down by the front screens. When we purchased the tractor we were told that they had both pieces that were broken out. Upon picking up the tractor they only had one, granted this is the larger of the 2 pieces. There is just an inch by 3 inch hole that does not have plastic now. I am wondering what I can do to repair this hole and how to attach the broken piece to the hood. We have looked into Plastic welding but are not sure of how this works or who does it. Any help would be much appreciated....we would like to stay away from rivets since they tend to stick out like a sore thumb.
