| In my oppinoin, header loss is greater on that model than most other models it seems. Especially at the throat. Just bad design by cih. And the poly snouts are not designed well either. They arnt very strong and will bend and fold in half real easy in down corn and wet conditions. (Ruined 3 in one field one year, $400/snout) The poly is poor on them and they do wear out rather quick. There are wear plates you can put on that help though. The new 4xxx series looks very impressive. Cih finally caught up with geringhoff. | |
