Yes put the vapor barrier down, it keeps it from sweating. If I figured it right...it is about 26.6 yards. So 26.6 x105-115 or so for concrete and some guys get paid same as the cost of the concrete. My finish guy gets 50/yard ....but he does it for a living and his fast and good. He has a bobcat, power float and finisher. Makes it look easy
