Will I like the 'upgrade'? I've had xp for years and next to no issues but with MS stopping support for xp it looks like its time to make the jump. Keep in mind I'm not tech savey but I can handle rudimentary stuff( even managed to do an XP install once lol). Is the upgrade pretty straight forward of should I just visit the local techie store and have them do it? Do I need to back up all my data or can 8.0 install over xp with little worry of data loss?
I highly doubt your XP machine will run 8 very well if at all. |
