Condensation on the outside is a result of warmer air moisture against the colder oil and housing. As the housing and oil warm up together, there will be no condensation on the inside. What little moisture in the oil will evaporate when the oil gets heated up from usage.
Do you plan to change it every year and have every year in the pasdt?
