Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | Spent a few years on one very similar to that in the late 70s and early 80s with a 14' header and a 290 GM gas engine. It was the first one we had with a variable speed reel and it would cut more beans, put cleaner grain in the tank, and leave less on the ground than my brother's IH 615. Of course, it was a bit bigger combine. I enjoyed running it. I guess that's because it was the nicest combine I had been in up to that point :-) |
