That is the bottom, believe me a hopper bin would not work if a guy flipped a bin over or at least i won't walk under it. Our hopper bins holds close to 1/2 million lbs. on those bottom sheets. The roofs can look little different on those smaller hopper bins. I think 15' is the break point, 15' bin and smaller can have a feed bin roof. 15' and larger can have regular ribbed roof. So you have the option on the 15' and maybe you do on the smaller ones as well, that is just what i've seen. My guess is bin in picture is 15' or less and has a feed bin roof, a feed bin roof you would not be able to see from the ground like the pictures show.
